1. Overview
The FTQN-D3.0 multi-point displacement detection system is used to measure the dynamic deflection, static deflection, real-time displacement and vibration changes of various bridges and building structures.
2. Principle Introduction
Applying image recognition technology and image blurring processing technology, it accurately measures the dynamic and static displacement and deformation of objects. It can easily complete the deflection measurement of bridges or other objects without installing targets on the detected bridges or other objects, which is simple, reliable, time-saving and labor-saving.
3. Technical Parameters

Pixel resolution: 1/200.
Displacement resolution: 0.01mm (within 10m).
2.Measuring distance: 0~500m.
3.Measuring range: 0.01mm² to >300m².
4.Sampling frequency: 300HZ for dynamic measurement, 100HZ for 100-point synchronization.
5.Protection level: IP65.
6.Automatic recording and correction of camera external parameters: automatically record the distance, angle and instrument temperature of each measuring point of the probe, and automatically correct the camera attitude and the scale factor of each measuring point.
7.Video frame rate: 60fps.
8.System expandable probes: ≤8 units.
9.It has light compensation function to eliminate the influence of light changes on measurement results during outdoor measurement.
10.Data and curves of each point are displayed synchronously in real time. During the measurement process, the values and curve changes of each measuring point can be displayed synchronously in real time.
11.Lens: Three types of lenses with focal lengths of 50mm, 25mm and 16mm are optional (or high-configured zoom lens with focal length of 12mm-120mm can be selected).
12.Data collection and real-time display module: Set reference points, automatically retrieve lost points, and give out-of-limit early warnings.
13.Data automatic analysis module: intelligent filtering, automatically analyze the maximum and minimum deflection values and power spectrum, generate EXCEL, and automatically generate test reports.
14.Probe size: 230mm ×115mm×114mm (for reference).
